Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had old furniture and equipment in the economy twin room, not what we expected. The staff were mostly rude and unhelpful, making the service disappointing. The location was not ideal, far from tourist attractions and dirty surroundings. The dining experience fell short of a 4-star hotel, struggling with cleaning and refills.
The hotel had a nice view but there was a cigarette smell around and the equipment seemed of low quality. Overall, it was a regular experience.
The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and a satisfying international breakfast. The service was attentive and friendly, although there was a hiccup with the room assignment initially. The location is out of the city center but convenient for those with a car, and the dining options were decent with a good selection of sweets. However, the breakfast seating experience was not up to standard.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were dark and not as advertised, but they were spacious and offered a nice view from the 9th floor. However, the big tables for 10-12 persons might not suit everyone's preference. The service was average, with some good experiences but also some room for improvement. The location, while not ideal with a walk through less desirable parts of the city, was convenient for the morning market nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food but limited options. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
The hotel was good for the price we paid. The reception was always willing to help with great dining tips, and breakfast was very good with a wide variety. The rooms were clean, except for the towel on the first day. However, the location was quite difficult, especially being situated next to a loud market. The younger staff could smile more to be more approachable.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a modern style on the 14th floor. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Its location is convenient near the city center, although some construction noise is present. The dining experience is satisfactory with a good variety of options. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers big, squeaky clean rooms with nice renovated bathrooms and a wide variety of amenities. The service was excellent, especially welcoming non-Italian guests like me, where they went out of their way to assist us. Despite being in a fairly dirty neighborhood, the proximity to the commercial port was convenient. The dining experience, although with disappointing repetitive breakfasts, could cater better to international tastes. Overall, a good value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had helpful reception staff providing great dining tips, but the noise from the thin walls next door was disturbing. Breakfast offered a wide variety but my room was loud due to its location next to the market. The public transport to the center was unreliable. Overall, the hotel was clean but not as advertised.
I found the hotel to be quite disappointing in certain aspects. The rooms were not as luxurious as expected, more like 3 stars, old, and characterless. However, the service was a mix; while some staff were very helpful and kind, others gave off a vibe that they were tired of dealing with tourists. The location was not ideal, being quite a distance from the city center and in a slightly seedy area. The dining experience was a disaster with shortages due to high demand, far from what you'd expect at a 4-star hotel.
I felt like the hotel was more of a 2-star place, missing vegetables at breakfast and having a small breakfast area. However, my room, although at the end of the corridor, was very clean with plenty of fresh towels provided daily.
