The hotel offers big, squeaky clean rooms with nice renovated bathrooms and a wide variety of amenities. The service was excellent, especially welcoming non-Italian guests like me, where they went out of their way to assist us. Despite being in a fairly dirty neighborhood, the proximity to the commercial port was convenient. The dining experience, although with disappointing repetitive breakfasts, could cater better to international tastes. Overall, a good value for the money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had helpful reception staff providing great dining tips, but the noise from the thin walls next door was disturbing. I felt like the hotel was more of a 2-star place, missing vegetables at breakfast and having a small breakfast area. However, my room, although at the end of the corridor, was very clean with plenty of fresh towels provided daily.
